We offer a generous returns policy for strictly 30 days after the date you received your order. Within this timeframe you can request a refund or store credit if: you received the wrong size or colour, or you have changed your mind, or you simply think the item is not ‘trendy’ enough. Store credit can be provided to purchase the correct size or colour. To receive the refund or store credit, the items must have been returned to our Returns Center in original condition. Refunds will not be given on items that have been worn or washed, or purchased as a clearance item.
Returns must be sent back to our Return Center. DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER. Your items will go to the logistics providers distribution center instead of our Returns Center. Please contact us at via the contact page and we will provide the returns address.
What if i did not receive my items?
You can also request a refund or reshipment for items that did not arrive, items that have been deemed lost. Please note that orders will not be deemed as 'not delivered' or 'lost' until 60 business days AFTER the order date (the LOST date). Order date + 60 Business days = the 'LOST date'. Refunds will not be given prior to the 'LOST date'.
We do not offer refunds while your items are confirmed in transit by the logistics provider. Where the logistics provider has confirmed your order as being delivered/ collected, this will be taken as your order has been delivered.
Refunds will be given in the following terms: You did not receive your order after the ‘LOST date’; or If the product arrived damaged; or If within the replacement warranty period, you do not want to keep your order and you would like to send it back paying the return shipping cost.
For damaged or faulty items, a photo of the damage or fault must be provided to obtain a refund or replacement. If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address), or your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster), you will not receive a refund.
I returned some items, when will i receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, it will be checked to make sure it is in original and resellable condition. Your refund will be issued shortly after and processed by your bank within 2-7 business days.
