Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email. Items are then dispatched directly from our partners warehouse overseas so that we can offer lower prices. Keep in mind most orders are received much sooner than the estimated delivery times. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Up to date tracking information can be found via our TRACKING PAGE.
On the tracking page you are provided 2 options, Option 1: Enter the order number and the email address you received the tracking number at, Option 2: Enter the tracking number you received. Once you have chosen your option, current tracking information for your order will be displayed on the page. For more information you can contact us and we will get in touch as soon as humanly possible.

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages, so please allow a few more days to receive the rest of your order. Product

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We offer a generous returns policy for strictly 30 days after the date you received your order. Within this timeframe you can request a refund or store credit if:  you received the wrong size or colour, or you have changed your mind, or  you simply think the item is not ‘trendy’ enough. Store credit can be provided to purchase the correct size or colour. To receive the refund or store credit, the items must have been returned to our Returns Center in original condition. Refunds will not be given on items that have been worn or washed, or purchased as a clearance item.

Returns must be sent back to our Return Center. DO NOT RETURN TO SENDER. Your items will go to the logistics providers distribution center instead of our Returns Center. Please contact us at via the contact page and we will provide the returns address.

You can also request a refund or reshipment for items that did not arrive, items that have been deemed lost. Please note that orders will not be deemed as 'not delivered' or 'lost' until 60 business days AFTER the order date (the LOST date). Order date + 60 Business days = the 'LOST date'.

Refunds will not be given prior to the 'LOST date'.
We do not offer refunds while your items are confirmed in transit by the logistics provider. Where the logistics provider has confirmed your order as being delivered/ collected, this will be taken as your order has been delivered.
Refunds will be given in the following terms: You did not receive your order after the ‘LOST date’; or If the product arrived damaged; or If within the replacement warranty period, you do not want to keep your order and you would like to send it back paying the return shipping cost.

For damaged or faulty items, a photo of the damage or fault must be provided to obtain a refund or replacement. If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address), or  your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster), you will not receive a refund.

Once we receive your return, it will be checked to make sure it is in original and resellable condition. Your refund will be issued shortly after and processed by your bank within 2-7 business days. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used when making the purchase. *You can submit refund requests by sending a message on Contact Us page or via email at support@youngsters.com.au.
