Our standard shipping within Australia & New Zealand is approximately 14 - 30 days depending on your location. Some item such as those on pre-order may take up to 90 days to arrive.We aim to have your item in your hands within the minimum timeframe, however there can be delays that are out of our hands due to our supplies and/or logistics carriers.As we do have an extensive range, some products may not be readily available and/or in transit from our suppliers.

All orders under AUD $99.00 will attract a AUD $9.95 Shipping & Delivery Fee.

For orders over AUD $99.00 you will pay $0 for shipping & delivery.

Yes. Once your order is shipped you will recieve an email with tracking information.It can take up to 48 hours after you recieve your shipping notification for your tracking information to become active with courier.For logistical reasons, your order may arrive in multple packages from multiple courier services.

You can track your order by using the tracking information provided in your shipping comfirmation email.-Once your items have been sent, you'll recieve a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking ID number and link.- The tracking ID number may take up to 1 business day to become active with the carrier.-If youcannot find your confirmation email? Check your junk/ spam email folder.-You may recieve multiple shipping confirmation emails if your order is shipped with multiple carriers.


Yes. All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. You can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (30 days), • you receive the wrong item, • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused). We do not issue the refund if: • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address), • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

To ensure applications can be processed within an appropriate timeframe, please upload a clear image of the damaged, faulty or wrong items and be sure to quote your tax invoice number.- Please allow 2 buisiness days for a response from our customer service team confirming your refund, replacement and/or next steps.
