All Australian orders under $99.00 will attract a $9.95 Shipping & Delivery Fee.
All International orders under $99.00 will attract a $12.95 Shipping & Delivery Fee.
Estimated Processing & Shipping Times
Our Standard shipping within Australia & New Zealand is approximately 7 - 14 days depending on your location, however some items may take up to 30 days. Pre-order items may take up to 90 days to arrive.
We aim to have your item in your hands within the minimum timeframe, however there can be delays that are out of our hands due to our supplies and/or logistics carriers.
As we do have an extensive range, some products may not be readily available and/or in transit from our suppliers. Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by the logistics carrier.
Tracking
You may receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds & Returns

• you do not receive them within the guaranteed time of 30 days (*14 day for Items purchased through Afterpay)
• you receive the wrong item,
• you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused).
We do not issue the refund if:
• your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address),
• your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances
outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
